1. Advertising Terms & Conditions — Ad Placement: All advertisements will undergo review and approval by Jetspot Photo. We may reject any advertisement or content at our discretion for failure to meet our standards of quality, relevance, or policy. A submitted ad request is not a commitment, and all placements are subject to final approval.
2. Payment Terms — Full payment is required before the start of the campaign. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled campaign start date. No refund will be given after the start of a campaign.
3. Ad Rotation — An ad placement can be shared between several advertisers. To that effect, each ad unit may rotate or share exposure with other ads to guarantee equal visibility on the platform. Performance: Placements are guaranteed but Jetspot Photo cannot promise specific performance results, click-through rates, conversions, or return on investment. We will deliver performance analytics to the advertiser to review, but performance will vary based on ad creative and audience engagement.
3. Ad Policy — Relevant, high-quality, and non-intrusive ads are allowed to ensure continued positive user experience. Acceptable content: Flight simulation, technology, etc. Ads should not contain misleading, offensive, illegal, or disruptive content. All creatives should be professionally designed. Animated ads are allowed but should not flash excessively or mislead with their visuals.
4. Revision Policy — Any revisions to a campaign (dates, creatives, targeting) will be subject to additional fees. Requests for revisions must be received at least 48 hours prior to their implementation.
4. Cancellation — Cancellation: Campaigns can be canceled and fully refunded if requested at least 48 hours in advance of the start date. No refunds will be issued once the campaign has started, except in the case of service failure on behalf of Jetspot Photo.
4. Termination — Jetspot Photo reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel any advertising campaign if the content is found inappropriate, misleading, promoting harm, or may otherwise be perceived by a reasonable person as damaging to our brand. We will, when possible, notify the advertiser in advance and may issue a partial or full refund, depending on timing and campaign status.
4. Competitive Ads — Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jetspot Photo may display ads from competing advertisers during the same campaign period. No exclusivity is implied. Liability: Jetspot Photo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any lost revenue or profits, arising from ad placement performance, including but not limited to downtime, technical errors, or underperformance of ad campaign delivery, regardless of cause.
5. Publication — We manually review and schedule approved ads; publication time may vary.
